Project Listings are centralised information pages for your project, replacing the need for developing separate websites or drafting and distributing newsletters. They allow the development sector to release accurate, current information about a project for the community’s benefit.
Any other UrbanTalk products you purchase are hosted on the project listing, so it can be built out to meet your needs.

How it Works
Give us your development details with any existing content or collateral and we create the Project Listing.
Site Sign and Postcard
To notify the community, the project listing is supported by QR coded site signage and community notification postcards that we distribute to neighbours. These direct people to the project listing, where they can find all available details on the development at their convenience.
Our platform can be automatically translated into 10 non-English speaking background (NESB) languages, accommodating people from a wide variety of backgrounds.
Visitors are invited to engage with the project through a feedback form and survey questionnaire, which allows you to track local interest in the project and provide essential insights into the community.

Videos
Although text and images are useful, video is a far more engaging and effective way of communicating concepts that are location specific and visual in nature. The video would contain all the most important information and sit high on the listing so it becomes the centrepiece of community engagement.
Q&A Webinars
In person Q&A sessions can be confrontational and unproductive. Webinars offer an opportunity to mediate these sessions more effectively. They also appeal to younger age groups that would usually not attend meetings. On the Project Listing, community members can register for the Q&A Webinar or view a recording afterwards if unable to attend.
Construction Updates
Keep people up-to-date during construction with regular podcasts that give an overview on what’s happened and what can soon be expected on site. This is an important tool that keeps the community in the loop. If anyone wants to find information on the construction, they know to come to the source that has kept them informed throughout the design and DA process.
